Tell us about your business!

Started in 2012, our goal has been to be a single source for residential or commercial clients for their sports facility needs and to be their advocate. To make sure they are making an informed decision.

What do you sell, and who’s your target audience?

We predominantly seal sports flooring, however, for those clients requiring related equipment or additional products, we will be their ‘Total Sport Solution’ and make sure an well integrated and coordinated approach to their project

What challenges were you facing with importing before Clearit?

We seeked out a border broker as soon as we started our business as we knew this was not an area we were comfortable in. We contacted a few companies and spoke with them. While all companies appeared to have been capable, Adam at Clearit came across as truly understanding our needs and assured us he would look after our shipments and we have never been disappointed.

How has Clearit helped you solve those challenges?

There have been a number of times when we urgently needed a shipment and the Clearit Team always made sure the documents were ready for when our goods hit the border. This is crucial in ensuring timely delivery.

What part of the Clearit experience has been most valuable for your business?

We have been using Clearit since 2012 and 97%+ of our shipments come to us without any issues, but when there has been an issue, Adam, Tyler and the Clearit Team have always been on top of it. Minimizing any issues for us. It is great to know that when needed, we have Clearit that we can count on to ensure our shipments are received as quickly as possible. If we ever need to call Clearit for answers to questions, they know who we are and are happy to help. We are set up for payment via our credit card and, from time to time, a charge will not go through due to other purchases at the same time. It happens, and Clearit recognizes this and has never held up a shipment because of it. As a good business partner, they still clear the shipment and simply let us know about the payment issue after the fact.

Any results or wins you can share?

Clearit is a very easy and friendly company to work with. They are always happy to help and their pricing is very reasonable, especially when you factor in the level of service they provide.

What would you say to another brand thinking about using Clearit?

I do not hesitate to recommend Clearit. Reliability, efficiency, responsiveness, knowledge, friendliness, all score a 10 out of 10 in my books. You cannot go wrong with Clearit.
